5. Job Posts & Applications

  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings.
  • Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and qualifications.
  • Phaethon HR does not guarantee employment, job availability, or hiring outcomes.

6. Content Ownership

All platform content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Phaethon HR. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit content without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party websites or tools. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phaethon HR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, job listings, or communications with other users.
